Standard Rideshare Pricing (Local Rides & Private Hire)

  • Base Fare: $35 (includes up to 20 miles, including the distance to the pickup location)
  • Preset Mile Allotment: Up to 20 miles (additional miles will be charged if exceeded)
  • Wait Time Charge: No charge as long as you stay in communication with your magical driver upon arrival to keep Bow updated!

  • Early Morning Fee (Before 10 AM): $50 for the ride, as Bow is not a morning person and is online for local rides around 10 AM πŸŒ™βœ¨
  • Emergency Rides (After 10 PM):
    • In-Town Pickup (Already in Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, or Gatlinburg): $50 for a safe ride home or to your rental/hotel.
    • Out-of-Town Pickup (Bow needs to leave the house): $100 to ensure you get home safely, as Bow will make a special trip just for you. This service is designed to get you directly home safely or to your rental.

✈️ Airport Ride Pricing (Knox)

  • 1 AM – 10 AM: $150
  • 10 AM – 10 PM: $100
  • 10 PM – 12 AM: $200

  • Half-Day Hire (4 hours): $200–$350 (includes up to 150 miles)
  • Full-Day Hire (8 hours): $400–$600 (includes up to 300 miles)

  • Long-Distance or Out-of-Town Trips: Custom pricing based on location

🚐 Vehicle Information

  • Passenger Capacity: Up to 6 passengers (perfect for group rides, special events, or family trips)
  • Luggage: Please ensure there is enough space for your luggage, especially when heading to the airport. The vehicle is a Chrysler Pacifica Van, which provides ample room, but it’s important to consider how much luggage you’ll be bringing.
  • Wi-Fi Availability: Enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi on your ride!
  • Larger Groups: Bow is working on being able to rent a van for larger groups of up to 12–15 passengers. While this service is not available at this time, Bow hopes to provide it in the future!
